Turns out, the royal dating scene is tighter than you’d think. The royal dating pool is surprisingly small—so much so that some have shared former flames. When it comes to exes, the royals really do ‘keep it in the family. The British royal family’s close-knit social circles have led to overlapping romantic histories. Notably, both Queen Camilla and Princess Anne were once in relationships with Andrew Parker Bowles, though any past connections appear to remain amicable. Rupert Finch: Kate Middleton’s Low-Key College Beau Before capturing Prince William’s heart at St Andrews University, Kate Middleton shared a romance with aspiring lawyer Rupert Finch.   A recent U.S.-based study suggests that severe calorie-cutting may have detrimental effects on mental health , as reported by CNN. The research, published in BMJ Nutrition, Prevention & Health , analyzed data from more than 28,000 adults. It uncovered a notable connection between restrictive dietary practices and an increase in symptoms of depression , with this link being particularly evident among men and individuals with higher Body Mass Indexes (BMIs) . Beyond mere calorie restriction, the study further revealed that diet quality played a significant role : participants who consumed higher amounts of ultraprocessed foods, sugars, and saturated fats reported worse depressive symptoms , while those adhering to Mediterranean-style diets generally fared better.
